We are seeking an exceptional Principal Software Engineer to take a pivotal leadership role across multiple AI products. This is a hands-on position where you’ll architect complex systems, guide elite engineering teams, and ship production-ready AI solutions that impact thousands — and eventually millions — of users.

What You’ll Do
Lead technical direction across several AI products
Mentor and scale top-tier engineering teams
Stay deeply hands-on with architecture, coding, reviews, and delivery
Build and deploy production AI systems inside already-established companies
Operate as a technical co-founder, shaping product strategy end to end
Bring 5–10+ years of full-stack engineering experience in high-bar environments
Compensation & Benefits
£170K–£200K base salary (experience dependent)
Up to 100% cash bonus + carry
Hybrid working — 3 days per week in London
