Technical Support Specialist

Salary: Up to 45,000, Hybrid Working

Location: Amsterdam

Connect Group has partnered with a leading SaaS company that works within the fashion industry.

Our client is looking for a strong technical support specialist who has experience working with businesses and can hit the ground running.

Think of yourself as someone who is tech-savvy? We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to join an exciting software company. In this role, you will be the 1stpoint of contact for all customers providing excellent service as the face of the business.

Skills

·Proven experience thriving in a customer-facing role, where building rapport and resolving inquiries are top priorities

·A minimum of 2 years working in IT within a SaaS businesses

·Adept at troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions

·Experience working with integrated systems and understanding how they interact to deliver a seamless user experience.

·Proven experience with onboarding customers to SaaS-based platforms, including data configuration, integrations, and ERP solutions

·Familiarity with REST APIs, desirable but not essential

·Strong

English and Netherlands language

Responsibilities

·Provide 1stline IT Support to businesses

·Monitor infrastructure platforms and solve issues for clients

·Collaborate closely with the development team to diagnose, resolve, and communicate solutions for technical problems and bugs impacting the user experience

·Partner with customers to maximize their platform usage by providing tailored training and guidance, ensuring they achieve their business goals
