Product Manager
London (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive + equity
We’re partnering with a product-led software company operating in a regulated environment that’s building tools used daily by professional end-users. The business has strong traction, a growing customer base, and is now investing further in its product function.
They’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of key product areas and help drive meaningful outcomes as the platform continues to scale.
The Role
This is a hands-on, end-to-end Product Management role with real ownership. You’ll work closely with Engineering and Design to identify problems worth solving, shape solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery.
You’ll be trusted to make pragmatic decisions, balance priorities, and keep momentum in an environment where not everything is fully defined.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own product areas from discovery through to delivery
Work closely with engineers and designers on solution design and execution
Gather and interpret user needs, translating them into clear priorities
Make trade-off decisions around scope, timing, and impact
Review shipped work, gather feedback, and iterate
Contribute to improving product ways of working as the team scales
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Product Manager in a B2B or SaaS environment
Comfortable owning problems end-to-end rather than just managing backlogs
Strong judgement and prioritisation skills
Confident working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Clear communicator who can influence without authority
Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
Bonus: Experience in regulated industries, data-heavy products, or early-stage companies
What This Role Isn’t
A purely delivery or project management role
A UX-only or optimisation-focused position
A role with tightly defined scope and little ownership
What’s On Offer
Competitive salary + equity
Hybrid working (London-based role)
High-trust, high-ownership environment
Opportunity to shape product direction as the business grows
Supportive, collaborative team culture
