Senior System Analyst

Location: Bournemouth (on-site initially, then hybrid after probation)

The Systems Engineer role requires someone to be the face of launching new projects where you’d need to support development teams. You’ll work closely with the engineering team to break down and plan end-of-life components and source replacements. You’ll be responsible for technical documentation and making sure they are up-to-date and accurate.
Responsibilities:
·Develop an understanding of their software platform and hardware imaging.
·Guide the test team on modules that may have a system failure.
·Ensure positive product outcomes.
·Assistance in the training of the new products for the test team.
·Plan for end-of-life PC’s and systems.
·Ability to communicate technical info within multiple teams.
Job Requirements:
Essential:
·Experience dealing with software/hardware systems.
·Experience using Azure DevOps.
·Experience with setting up PC servers and Cloud systems.
·Experience working with Windows Software Installation.
Beneficial:
·Experience supporting Windows desktop software applications.
·Proficiency with SQL-backed applications.
·Familiarity with business-oriented Agile environments.
·Experience with working in regulatory environments.
