The Role: AI Product Engineer
We are seeking exceptional AI Product Engineers who thrive at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real-world business problems.
This role is about end-to-end product engineering — designing, building, and deploying scalable AI systems used by thousands of customers from day one.
You’ll move fast, operate with autonomy, and contribute directly to product strategy while staying deeply hands-on with engineering.
Who You Are
Technical Excellence
5+ years as a full-stack engineer with strong AI application experience
Skilled across infrastructure (Kubernetes, cloud platforms), backend (Python, FastAPI), and frontend (React, TypeScript)
Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks, including GenAI
Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale
Execution Velocity
You ship fast without compromising quality
Experienced in high-growth or fast-moving environments
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
“Strong opinions, loosely held” — decisive but adaptable
Product & Business Acumen
Intuition for what users actually value
Able to translate complex technical work into business outcomes
Comfortable engaging with customers & stakeholders
Understanding of enterprise software is a bonus
