Project Management: AV & Digital (Reading & Hybrid)

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and organisedJunior Project Managerto join our Projects department. You'll play a key role in overseeing AV and digital signage projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What you'll do:
Assist in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closing.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress and manage resources.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Manage client expectations and act as the main point of contact throughout the project.
Provide technical support and guidance, leveraging your AV engineering background.
Conduct site surveys, collaborate on AV/digital signage solutions, and oversee installations.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate reports for stakeholders.
Monitor project performance, conduct quality checks, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Who you are:
Engineering background in AV systems and digital signage (essential).
Understanding of project management methodologies and tools (essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential).
A proactive and detail-oriented problem-solver (essential).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks (essential).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (preferred).
Background or strong interest in the AV industry (a plus).
