Our client is looking for someone who has experience in network troubleshooting and they’re providing an exciting opportunity to work with new technologies.
Skills/Experience
·Advanced networking troubleshooting skills.
·Strong communication skills.
·CCNA Certification Desirable.
·Understanding of network multi-vendors.
·Knowledge of CLI troubleshooting.
·Experience with VLAN, DHCP, SND, TCP, and IP Services.
Responsibilities
·Maintain and monitor clients’ networks making sure that the network is operating efficiently.
·Provide remote support to on-site engineers and end users.
·Finding faults on customers’ LAN/WAN.
·Follow through with capacity management and audit of hosted devices and IP addressing.
