ERP Project Manager – Fixed Term Contract

Location: Poole

Contract: 18 months, Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)

Salary: Up to £80,000

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of our ERP implementation project. This is a key role where you will ensure that scope, timelines, and budgets are met while driving stakeholder engagement and compliance.

Reporting to the Business Transformation Director and working closely with ERP Project Leads, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the project, ensuring successful adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

·Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables; develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation; oversee day-to-day project activities.

·Stakeholder & Team Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams and consultants; communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders; facilitate change management and user adoption strategies.

·Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues promptly.

·Budget & Resource Management: Track project costs, optimise resource utilisation, and manage vendor relationships.

·Quality Assurance: Ensure ERP system configuration meets business requirements; conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

·Proven ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, Acumatica).

·Strong project management methodology knowledge (Agile, PRINCE2).

·Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.

·Strategic thinking with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
