Business Systems Administrator
Location: Poole (hybrid)

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our client’s team and help maximise the benefits of our customer purchasing portal. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who excels at providing technical support, training, and system administration, while also contributing to the growth and success of a key business tool.
What You'll Do
Administration & Onboarding: Ensure all daily administration tasks are completed efficiently and within agreed-upon service-level agreements. You'll also be responsible for onboarding new customers, including joining project management calls to identify setup requirements.
Training & Support: Act as a technical expert for both internal teams and external users, providing guidance and support. You will conduct internal and online customer training on the cloud platform and assist with customer sales demonstrations.
Technical Expertise: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. You'll need to understand how the platform interacts with other systems to effectively troubleshoot issues and delegate tasks to the right teams. This role also involves documenting software updates and user guides and providing comprehensive software testing.
Your Skills & Experience
Technical Skills: You have strong technical support and computer skills, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Advanced Excel skills, including experience using formulas to prepare systems data, are essential.
Problem-Solving: You possess excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Experience: We're looking for someone with an ability to learn bespoke software. Experience in technical support, system administration, software testing, and training or demonstrations is highly desirable.
