What you'll do:
·Develop and manage strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and growth.
·Identify and secure new business opportunities, exceeding sales targets.
·Collaborate with internal teams (software development, marketing, events) to deliver exceptional client experiences.
·Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology advancements, translating them into valuable insights for clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally within the software or events industry.
·Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
·A strategic mind with a knack for problem-solving and creative thinking.
·Strong organizational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
·Fluency in both English and French.
