You’ll own and shape core backend systems in a scaling product business—driving improvements in architecture, reliability, and data integrity, not just shipping features.
Working directly with a strong Lead Engineer, you’ll help raise the engineering bar across the company.
🔧 What you’ll be doing
Build and scale Node.js / TypeScript services & APIs
Own backend problems end-to-end (design → build → production)
Improve testing, code quality, and system reliability
Design robust data & integration workflows (APIs, webhooks, pipelines)
Work with Postgres & MongoDB (modelling, performance, migrations)
Drive observability, monitoring & production stability
Contribute to engineering standards & mentorship
🎯 What they’re looking for
Strong experience with TypeScript / Node.js backend systems
Proven ability to design scalable, well-structured APIs
Solid Postgres experience
