About the role:
As Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the product function — driving strategy, defining priorities, and ensuring products align with customer needs and business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders, development teams, and customer-facing departments to deliver market-leading features and experiences.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll influence the direction of the product, oversee delivery cycles, and keep stakeholders engaged with progress and performance.
What you will do:
·Owning the product roadmap, aligning it with strategy and market trends.
·Translating customer requirements into clear user stories and use cases.
·Managing the product backlog and ensuring development work is well-defined and prioritised.
·Partnering with senior leadership to align product goals with business objectives.
·Leading cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, engagement managers, and project delivery.
·Supporting release cycles and ensuring features are delivered on time, to scope and quality.
Skills & Experience required:
·Proven experience in product management, ideally within software/tech environments.
·Strong strategic thinking and the ability to link product vision to business outcomes.
·Excellent communication skills, with confidence working across technical and non-technical teams.
·Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer feedback.
·Familiarity with software development processes (e.g. React JS, APIs, CRM systems).
·Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority.
