Marketing Transformation Consultants - Contract/Associates

Location: Remote

Rates for inside IR35 contractors: £700-800

Permanent principal level salary: £95,000-£100,000

We have partnered with a forward-thinking professional services firm on an exciting growth trajectory. As they expand the team, we seek exceptional individuals to join our Design & Transformation practice.

In this role, you will be pivotal in helping companies revolutionise their enterprise asset management capabilities and content supply chains. You'll be at the forefront of guiding organisations through the intricacies of content and asset management, focusing on critical areas such as workflow optimisation, DAM, content operations, and content engineering.

What you'll do:

  • Lead/support design, strategy, and transformation projects within multi-disciplinary consulting engagements.

  • Provide project leadership to team members and client stakeholders.

  • Develop, test, and evolve new design methodologies to differentiate us in the market.

  • Actively manage client relationships, ensuring promises are met and building sustainable partnerships.

  • Identify and realise opportunities to deepen engagement with existing clients and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Support in establishing and scaling the business through thought leadership.

  • Craft compelling deliverables that produce tangible outcomes and benefits.

  • Master the art of storytelling to resonate with clients and prospects.

  • Constantly challenge conventional thinking to explore problems in new ways.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Deep understanding of the DAM landscape, trends, and best practices.

  • Experience in content lifecycle management, including strategy, operations, and engineering.

  • Experience evaluating, solutioning, configuring, and implementing DAM and content management platforms such as Adobe Assets, Bynder, Aprimo, Opentext, Workfront, and Monday.com.

  • Experience evaluating, solutioning, configuring, and implementing DAM and content management platforms.

  • Proven ability to build business cases and conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, vendor evaluations, and RFP processes.

  • Sharp analytical skills with a passion for problem-solving.

  • Confident, engaging, and natural communicator with experience working in high-pressure environments within high-performing teams.
