My client are seeking searching for a proactive individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting high performance computing infrastructure, the backbone for exciting machine learning and artificial intelligence data solutions.
Salary: 58,000 USD
Location: Manhattan
Job Responsibilities:
·Administering Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Teams, including voice calling integration.
·Managing user devices with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
·Working across diverse operating systems such as Linux, Juniper, macOS, and Windows, including virtualization and scripting.
·Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure services and components, including monitoring performance and security.
·Carry out system maintenance tasks and automate routine administration using standard tools and scripting.
·Investigate problems, implementing remedies, and analysing trends to improve system reliability and processes.
Experience Required:
·Minimum of 1+ years of experience within IT Engineering.
·Service Desk Management: Proficient in receiving, logging, triaging, escalating, and resolving service requests and incidents, acting as a primary point of contact for users.
·Ability to recommend and collaborate on the procurement of hardware devices and equipment for clients and internal users, including billing reconciliation.
·Ability to perform first-line investigation and diagnosis of IT issues, identify root causes, and facilitate resolutions for various system and service problems.
·Experience in managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft Teams, including user access and configurations.
·Competence in executing and owning user on-boarding and off-boarding processes for both clients and internal employees.
