IT Support Technician
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE

Skills
3+ Years IT Experience.
Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
Excellent attention to detail.
·Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
Microsoft server and desktop operating systems from 2012-2022/10-11.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Networking is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
·To provide 1st and 2nd line technical support queries professionally and efficiently, maintaining a high degree of customer service.
·Assists with SharePoint Management and Administration.
Accurately recording all chargeable and non-chargeable activity in the PSA (helpdesk).
Handling customer queries on the phone, remotely, and on-site.
Generating customer reports from various systems.
Liaising with 3rd party suppliers.
Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues and determines when they should be escalated to a higher level.
