AV Commissioning Engineer

Location: Reading (Hybrid between home 3 days and office 2 days)

As an AV Commissioning Engineer, you will work as part of the operations teams providing commissioning services of installed equipment.
About the role:
Work with and support the Project Manager in the delivery of ongoing projects.
Offer technical assistance to various internal departments, clients, and contractors throughout the project's lifecycle.
Identify and rectify system faults, addressing issues related to design and manufacturing.
Configure systems in relation to their electronic, mechanical, and optical components to align with the client's requirements.
Programming of audio DSP’s, setup of digital video systems and setup of video conferencing systems.
Production of project-specific Test sheets, Updating IP schedules.
Provide user-training to end clients.
About you
·2 years’ experience commissioning Corporate AV systems.
·Technical knowledge of AV & VC equipment from all major brands
·Extron Pro DSP certification
·Shure Microflex Advanced
·Experience with Crestron Toolbox
·QSC Control 201
·Biamp Tesira Forte
·IP networking and AV over IP solutions
·Crestron NVX networking qualification
·Cisco and Poly configuration experience
·Teams Rooms / Zoom configuration experience
