Are you ready to design AI solutions that will shape the future of biotech innovation?

We are looking for a talentedAI/ML Engineerto join an R&D team at the forefront of developing cutting-edge instruments used in life sciences. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity whereyou willplay a key role in embedding machine learning and artificial intelligence models into next-generation products that make a real-world impact.

What you will do:

•Leading innovative AI projects from concept through to deployment.

•Developing and delivering computer vision–based AI solutions, with a focus on biological applications.

•Translating new AI features into actionable work items and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

•Managing AI model codebases, synchronizing with DevOps pipelines, and maintaining GitHub repositories.

•Producing high-quality technical documentation and contributing to patent filings.

•Implementing and evaluating state-of-the-art ML/AI models aligned with business goals.

Skills & Experience required:

•Strong programming expertise in Python.

•3–4 years’ experience with deep learning frameworks such asPyTorch, TensorFlow, orKeras.

•Proven track record delivering computer vision AI projects (ideally in biotech).

•Solid knowledge of convolutional models and ONNX.

•Familiarity with Git and DevOps practices.

•Strong communication and documentation skills.

•MSc or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, AI, Computational Biology, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
