We’re partnering with one of London’s most exciting AI startups — fresh off a seed round and building something truly game-changing. Their mission? To bring intelligence and automation to industries still running on outdated systems.
As an AI Engineer, you’ll be at the core of that journey. You’ll work across research, architecture, and deployment — shaping real-world applications of LLMs, generative AI, and agentic systems that actually ship to customers.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and deploying scalable AI models and pipelines.
Fine-tuning LLMs and integrating third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace).
Working closely with product and backend teams to bring prototypes to life.
Experimenting with new architectures, prompt frameworks, and retrieval systems.
What you’ll bring
3+ years’ experience in AI or data-focused engineering roles.
Solid Python and hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and RAG systems.
A creative, experimental mindset — you’re not afraid to test, fail, and iterate fast.
