Frontend Developer
Location: Remote
Salary: £65k - £70k Depending on Experience
Connect IT has partnered with a leading Software Solutions Provider who is looking to add an experienced Frontend Developer to their Dev Team.
This rare opportunity is a fully remote position with very occasional visits to HQ for planning sessions. Please note that eligible candidates must reside in the UK permanently and that this role does not offer sponsorship options.
Responsibilities:
·Design and implement web application front ends using the tech stack: Django, Vue.js, Bootstrap, and possibly Tailwind.
·Collaborate with design teams to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
·Ensure the development of scalable and performant web applications and components.
·Work closely with the back-end development team to define and implement necessary APIs
·Optimise front-end code for speed and efficiency.
About you:
·Proficiency in Python, Django, Vue.js, CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind, JavaScript, Typescript, etc.
·Experience in building scalable and performant web applications.
·Familiarity with AJAX calls to REST APIs and understanding of asynchronous programming.
·Strong understanding of front-end architecture and design principles.
·Ability to build reusable components and front-end libraries.
