Connect Group have partnered with an award-winning client who are one of the best in their niche, they are looking for a strong customer service advisor who will serve as the central point of contact for customers and resellers, delivering rapid, high-quality technical and administrative support to maximise satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities
·Consistently deliver service that prioritizes client satisfaction and successful outcomes, fostering strong professional relationships.
·Apply a rigorous and precise approach to all tasks and installations, minimizing errors and ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
·Articulate complex technical concepts clearly and professionally to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders (verbal and written).
·Serve as the primary, proactive interface for customers, authorized resellers, and internal Field Service Managers, ensuring seamless communication across the entire organization.
·Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships by providing a single, consistent point of contact for all support needs, maximizing trust and loyalty.
Skills Required
·Possess the ability to quickly grasp and analyse complex technical challenges and translate them into actionable, efficient solutions.
·Possess a foundational level of numerical literacy for handling data, tracking metrics, and processing documentation (e.g., quotations, returns data).
·Thrive in a small company atmosphere, demonstrating flexibility, collaboration, and a willingness to take on varied tasks outside of a rigid job description.
·Demonstrate a proactive approach to solving complex challenges, maintaining the tenacity to see issues through from identification to successful conclusion.
·Proven ability to manage a busy and varied workload, effectively prioritizing competing demands to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
·Skilled in active listening, adept at extracting crucial technical information from customer explanations, and asking precise questions to accurately diagnose the root cause of an issue.
