Role Overview:As the Vice President of AI & Engineering, you will be at the forefront of driving their technical strategy, leading a team of exceptional engineers, data scientists, and AI experts to develop and deliver ground-breaking solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the technology roadmap, aligning AI and engineering initiatives with the company's strategic objectives. Drive innovation, identify growth opportunities, and ensure technical excellence across all products and services.
Team Management:Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and AI specialists. Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and high performance.
Product Innovation:Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions that solve complex supply chain and logistics challenges for their clients.
Technical Excellence:Provide technical guidance and expertise to guide the development of scalable, robust, and high-performance AI systems. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
Collaboration:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to understand customer needs, market trends, and business requirements. Translate these insights into actionable AI and engineering strategies.
Research and Development:Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and engineering technologies. Drive research initiatives, promote knowledge sharing, and lead efforts to innovate within the supply chain and logistics domain.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.
Experience:Proven track record (X+ years) of leadership in AI and engineering roles, with a focus on developing and delivering successful AI-driven products in the supply chain and logistics industry.
Technical Expertise:In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and deep learning frameworks. Familiarity with technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and natural language processing (NLP) is highly desirable.
Strategic Vision:Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into technical strategies and roadmaps. Experience in scaling AI solutions for commercial success.
