Product Manager (SaaS, Fintech Travel)

Salary: £55k plus an expectational benefits package!

Location: Hybrid - Manchester or London (3 days home / 2 days office)

Connect-IT is partnered with a global and leading fintech travel solutions company on a mission to simplify technical complexity!

As Product Manager, you will develop client improvements, functionality, and general management of client apps and websites. You will work with the Director of Product & Operations, key senior stakeholders and clients all over the world to ensure the products are best in class, driving high engagement and have strong positive customer feedback.

Responsibilities

·Lead the gathering, understanding, documentation and translation of the business requirements for product, translating into detailed user stories, processes and wireframe mapping (as appropriate), with supporting acceptance criteria.

·Work through app client solution implementation, app/website management, process mapping, and technical implementation for both suppliers and clients

·Support the Product & Operations Director to manage and prioritise backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear to all and understood by the software delivery team to the level needed and shows what the team will work on next.

·Collate client feedback and insight with supplier feedback, prioritise and then define appropriate enhancements.

·Work with all teams across the business to align workstreams and dependencies to ensure acceptance criteria are met. Planning and engaging with the appropriate stakeholders at an appropriate stage in the project.

·Work with development and QA teams to ensure all stories are understood and appropriate test plans are developed.

·Facilitate User Acceptance testing and customer signoff.

Requirements

·Product ownership/management experience

·Customer journey experience

·Able to navigate the configuration need for clients experience

·Product strategy experience and able to navigate commercially

·Experience of managing resources across a matrix organisation

·Excellent communication and presentation skills

·Uses data into insight to prioritise solutions that deliver maximum value.

·Good awareness of product development lifecycle – experience in the end-to-end construction of a service and the rollout to suppliers
