IT Engineer
Salary: £40K per annum DOE,plus an attractive benefits package, 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday.
Location: Readin/London Hybrid
Connect-IT has partnered with a tech company that provides efficient workspaces for companies to increase productivity. They are a fast-paced, growing business that offers in-house training and the opportunity to take on more responsibility.
They are looking for an IT Engineer who has a strong background of Digital Signage who has come from an Audio Visual Industry.
Responsibilities:
·Deliver exceptional customer service, adhering to strict service level agreements.
·Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering strong client relationships.
·Troubleshoot technical issues with ProAV/Video Conferencing and digital signage systems.
·Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system.
·Manage a caseload, including triage, root cause analysis, and escalation procedures.
·Coordinate with field engineers and manage parts orders/returns.
Required Skills
·Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are crucial.
·Familiarity with the digital signage industry and a proactive approach are highly valued. Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
·You are able to use spreadsheets to a good level.
·Be able to multitask and communicate well.
