Implementation Specialist
Location: Amsterdam – hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: from €35,000 - €55,000
We're seeking a highly motivated Implementation Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in the onboarding and implementation process of our innovative SaaS solution.
What You'll Do:
Own the onboarding and implementation process for new and existing clients.
Understand client business goals and translate them into successful project plans leveraging our platform.
Manage a portfolio of client implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Facilitate technical aspects of onboarding, identifying potential issues and escalating as needed.
Develop best practices and process improvements to optimize onboarding efficiency.
Lead kick-off calls, integration calls, and sessions throughout the onboarding phase.
Analyze client requirements to design optimal solutions.
Proactively advise clients on software integration, focusing on performance, user experience, and positioning.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance integration and product capabilities.
Act as a technical project and stakeholder manager for larger client implementations.
Provide support to clients regarding bug reports and coordinate with the technical team for resolutions.
You'll Be A Great Fit If You:
Possess 2+ years of B2B implementation/client success experience.
Have a strong understanding of SaaS platforms, data configuration, integrations, and ERP solutions.
Excel at managing all aspects of client onboarding, both functional and technical.
Are proficient in XML, API, and REST API.
Communicate flawlessly in Dutch and English, both written and verbally.
Thrive in managing complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
Hold a completed college degree (MBO).
Demonstrate exceptional project coordination and time management skills.
