Graduate Technology Trainer

Salary: Up to £24,000,this will increase by up to 20% (dependant on performance) upon successful completion of 6-month probation period.

Location: Liphook

Connect IT have partnered with a worldwide software company who provide world-class meeting experiences for all their clients. Our client has over 10 offices across the globe sooverseas and UK travel feature frequently in this role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rowing company in the meetings industry, which continues to be innovative, and brings technology to the forefront.

Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual who has recently graduated looking to progress into an entry level role, where full training will be provided.It is also an opportunity to work alongside many major companies, membership associations and sporting federations.


  • Good general knowledge of IT.

  • Proficient in MS office.

  • Experience in a client facing role.

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about technology, and open to learning new software.

  • Be able to carry out multiple tasks at once.

  • Experience with broadcast software e.g. VMix, Vimeo and Zoom Webinar (Not essential but advantageous).

  • Knowledge of SQL and network configuration (Not essential but advantageous).

  • Be eligible to live and work in the UK.


  • Delivering meetings both onsite and remotely.

  • Supporting clients before and after their meetings.

  • Attending pre-meeting rehearsals and training sessions with clients.

  • Implementation of solutions onsite and in live environments.

  • Answering any questions from clients.

  • Ensuring that products and services are delivered to the highest possible standards.
