Salary: Up to £45k (depending on relevant skills and experience) plus attractive

We’re after an experienced digital marketer, adept in B2B marketing, keen to learn and grow within their role. You’ll be a key marketing team member, working directly
with the Head of Marketing to deliver exciting, engaging and lead generating campaigns.
About the role:
•Craft high-performing, multi-channel campaigns. Implement and manage multi-channel campaigns utilising multiple touchpoints across email, digital, social media, PPC, advertising, events, webinars etc. to deliver qualified, converting leads.
•You'll take ownership of creating and managing web pages, landing pages, and data capture forms to optimize lead capture. In addition, you'll contribute to the ongoing modernization of the company website.
•Leverage marketing automation tools and data insights to design targeted campaigns that seamlessly guide prospects through the sales funnel, aligning with overall campaign themes and sales objectives. You'll use lead scoring and dynamic content delivery to ensure the right message reaches the right person at the right time, ultimately delivering high-quality leads (MQLs) to the sales team.
•Work closely with the Head of Marketing to define campaign target audiences, objectives and to produce assets and activities required to drive engagement, demand, and lead generation.
•Leverage data insights and analytics to shape content, campaign, and creative outputs, with a prove, learn and improve loop embedded in all decisions and deliverables.
About you
•Proven experience in B2B digital marketing (3-5 years)•Expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, etc.)
•Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights to optimize campaigns
•Experience crafting compelling web pages, landing pages, and marketing materials
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot a plus!)
•A passion for B2B marketing and a desire to make a positive impact
