Client Services Associate
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE, Generous Holiday Allowance, Private Medical Insurance, Life Assurance.

As a Client Service Associate, your work is at the heart of what our client does: you’ll be the link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. To succeed in this role, you need to be motivated to deliver results for your clients and to achieve commercial goals.
Skills:
·2 Years experience in a client relations or business admin role.
·Degree in STEM, Finance, Business studies, or another relevant subject.
·Knowledge of the financial industry with the development of ETHOS EFP.
Ability to multi-task and remain agile in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and independent thinker.
Responsibilities:
·Working with the Business Development and Client Services Team.
·Analyse client business data.
·Confidently reach out to, recruit, and vet experts who are uniquely relevant matches for your clients’ projects.
·Maintain client relationships.
·Ensure client inquiries are resolved and communicated within defined service levels. Ensure all communications are within regulatory guidelines and are accurate, clear, and concise.
