Salary: Up to £60,000 Offering VISA Sponsorship, Relocation Package
Location: Edinburgh

Skills
∙Understanding of IC-level reliability testing.
∙Experience working in a product development team.
∙Knowledge of working with electronic devices and fabrication processes.
∙Good time management skills.
∙Experience working with products within an OSAT environment.
∙Knowledge of packaging failure techniques.
Responsibilities
∙Conduct testing for IC packages.
∙Work closely with design and engineering teams to combine development processes.
∙Investigate the route caused by failures.
∙Analyse failed data and make recommendations on how to improve the process.
∙Provide plans and reports on the development of reliability documents.
∙Conducting reliability testing.
