We’re partnering with a growing London-based fintech that’s looking to hire a QA Automation Engineer to help modernise and scale their testing capability as the engineering team continues to grow.

This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership — ideal for someone who enjoys building automation frameworks, improving release confidence, and making a visible impact within a fast-moving product engineering environment.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks

  • Improving regression coverage across web applications and APIs

  • Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and engineering leadership

  • Driving quality standards across CI/CD pipelines

  • Identifying opportunities to improve testing efficiency and release quality

  • Helping shape QA best practices as the business scales

Tech Environment

  • Playwright / Cypress

  • JavaScript / TypeScript

  • API Testing

  • CI/CD Pipelines

  • React / Node.js applications

  • Agile, product-led engineering culture

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience in QA Automation or Test Automation engineering roles

  • Strong hands-on experience with modern automation tooling (Playwright or Cypress preferred)

  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality
