We’re partnering with a growing London-based fintech that’s looking to hire a QA Automation Engineer to help modernise and scale their testing capability as the engineering team continues to grow.
This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership — ideal for someone who enjoys building automation frameworks, improving release confidence, and making a visible impact within a fast-moving product engineering environment.
What You’ll Be Working On
Designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks
Improving regression coverage across web applications and APIs
Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and engineering leadership
Driving quality standards across CI/CD pipelines
Identifying opportunities to improve testing efficiency and release quality
Helping shape QA best practices as the business scales
Tech Environment
Playwright / Cypress
JavaScript / TypeScript
API Testing
CI/CD Pipelines
React / Node.js applications
Agile, product-led engineering culture
What They’re Looking For
Experience in QA Automation or Test Automation engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience with modern automation tooling (Playwright or Cypress preferred)
Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality
Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
