The Mission
The company is building smartphone-based health screening technology using AI to detect biomarkers through:
Facial analysis
Voice signals
Motion patterns
Behavioural data

The Opportunity
This is not a conventional management role.
You’ll operate as a true builder-leader with ownership across:
Engineering strategy and technical architecture
Product execution and delivery velocity
Hiring and building a top-tier engineering team
AI-first development culture and tooling
Platform scalability, infrastructure, and reliability
Long-term technical roadmap and organisational growth
There is clear progression toward CTO-level responsibility for the right individual.
What They’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Head of Engineering, CTO, or senior technical leader
Startup, founder-led, or high-growth environment experience
Strong hands-on engineering foundations with continued technical credibility
Strong backend engineering experience (Python preferred)
Good understanding of modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Next.js)
Experience building products and teams from 0→1
Strong hiring instincts and systems-thinking mindset
High agency, ambitious mentality, and low ego leadership style
Highly Valuable Experience
AI / ML product development
HealthTech or regulated industry environments
Scaling engineering organisations
AI infrastructure, data platforms, or ML-enabled products
