I’m partnering with a confidential early-stage SaaS company building modern software for the regulated healthcare sector.
They’re tackling an industry still dominated by manual processes, fragmented systems, and slow compliance workflows — creating a platform that combines workflow automation, healthcare operations, and AI-enabled decision support.
This is an opportunity to join early, work closely with the founders, and play a key role in shaping both the product and engineering culture.
What You’ll Be Working On
Building full-stack product features using TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Designing and developing secure backend APIs and production systems
Creating data-heavy and document-centric workflows for healthcare and compliance teams
Improving infrastructure, reliability, and engineering foundations
Collaborating directly with founders, product teams, and customers
What They’re Looking For
Strong full-stack software engineering experience
Commercial experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar
Comfortable working with databases, APIs, and scalable production systems
Experience in startups, scale-ups, or product-led engineering environments
Nice to Have
Experience in any of the following:
HealthTech
FinTech
Compliance or RegTech
AI/ML products
Security or other regulated industries
