The Opportunity

We are partnering with our client to hire a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business across Europe and the US.

This is a true hunter role suited to someone who thrives in a full sales cycle position and enjoys building relationships with senior stakeholders in the institutional investment space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through proactive outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)

  • Build and manage your own pipeline and client meetings

  • Deliver product demonstrations and manage trial processes

  • Engage with senior stakeholders including CIOs, Portfolio Managers, COOs, and Analysts

  • Clearly articulate complex analytical solutions to a financial audience

  • Negotiate and close contracts

  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and support teams

  • Contribute market feedback to product development

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets

Client Base Exposure

You will engage with leading global institutions, including:

  • Asset Managers

  • Sovereign Wealth Funds

  • Pension Funds

  • Endowments

  • Family Offices

  • Fund of Hedge Funds

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience (ideally within financial services or fintech)

  • Proven track record of generating $800K+ in annual new business revenue

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Hedge funds and private equity

    • Investment selection and due diligence processes

    • Financial metrics (volatility, correlation, beta, VaR)

    • Portfolio construction principles

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting, or similar

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously

  • Self-starter with a commercial, entrepreneurial mindset

  • Mandatory: experience selling into institutional investors
