What you’ll be doing
Own the full sales cycle
From first conversation to close — you run everything end-to-end.
Build pipeline from scratch
Outbound, relationships, events, partnerships — you create momentum.
Win and expand accounts
Land strategic customers and grow them into long-term partners.
Shape the GTM engine
Your insights feed directly into product, positioning, and strategy.
Lay the foundations for the team
What you build now becomes the blueprint for future hires.

Proven ability to close complex, high-value deals
Experience operating with senior stakeholders
Strong commercial instincts + genuine curiosity about customers
Background in financial services, AI, or both
You move fast, take ownership, and don’t wait to be told what to do

$140k–$160k base + double OTE (uncapped)
0.2–0.6% equity — real ownership
