Digital Account Manager
Salary: Up to £29,000 DOE, Hybrid Working

Skills
·Experience with website CMS
·Strong knowledge of O365
·Ideal to have 1 year within a marketing environment
·Understanding of marketing services
·High level of attention to detail
·The ability to work well under pressure
·Identify new opportunities for growth within the account
Responsibilities
Retention and development of client relationships.
Management of client retainers
Liaising with customers to make sure they are up to date in all processes, checking if they have any concerns
Sending monthly reports to clients
Schedule and attend meetings
