You will be responsible for managing client partnerships and providing exceptional project execution, ensuring every installation runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

About the Role:

As the AV Consultant BDM, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets in the ever-evolving AV landscape.

·Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identifying and qualifying leads, and negotiating winning deals for complex AV projects.

·Spearhead the entire project lifecycle, from needs assessment and solution design to implementation, budget management, and client communication.

·Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and designers, to ensure seamless project delivery.

·Anticipate and proactively mitigate challenges, keeping projects on track, on budget, and on time.

·Become a trusted advisor to clients, exceeding expectations and building long-term relationships.

You're a perfect fit if you:

·Have 3+ years of experience in AV sales or project management, ideally within the same industry.

·Possess a proven ability to exceed sales targets while exceeding client expectations on complex projects.

·Are a project management champion, skilled in scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

·Have a deep understanding of AV technologies and their integration into various environments.

·Can build strong relationships and trust with clients at all levels.

·Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
